These terms govern your use of the Ventilate mobile app (“the App”), published by Vivace App Studio.
By installing or using Ventilate, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the service
Ventilate helps you ventilate your home during hot weather. It uses your home layout, window directions, indoor temperature, and local weather to advise you when to open, when to close, and how to place a fan.
3. Important disclaimer
Ventilate provides general advice based on weather models and information you provide. It does not replace professional advice (building, health, safety).
- Advice depends on the accuracy of your input and weather forecasts
- During extreme heatwaves, follow public health authority recommendations
- Ensure that opening windows and placing fans does not create risks (children, pets, accessibility, security)
4. Use
The App works without an account. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information entered (windows, temperatures, location)
- Using advice safely and lawfully
- Keeping your device up to date
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, algorithms, and source code belong to Vivace App Studio or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or modification is prohibited.
6. Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Weather forecasts come from Apple WeatherKit and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ventilate is provided “as is”. Vivace App Studio is not liable for indirect damages related to use of ventilation advice (thermal discomfort, property damage, etc.).
8. Personal data
See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is available in the App and on this site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
